AVIA Duck Feeds
Complete Nutrition for Growth, Egg Production & Performance
AVIA Duck Feeds are designed around the distinct nutritional requirements of ducks at different stages of life — from early duckling development to growth, meat production, laying and breeding. Ducks differ from chickens in their growth pattern, feeding behaviour and nutrient requirements. AVIA provides dedicated nutrition with balanced protein, energy, amino acids, minerals and vitamins to support healthy development and productive performance.
Stronger Ducklings. Better Growth. Productive Flocks.

AVIA Duck Breeder Nutrition
Nutrition for Fertility, Hatchability & the Next Generation
Breeder ducks require a different nutritional programme from commercial meat or table-egg flocks. During rearing, the objective is controlled body development. As birds approach reproductive maturity, calcium and reproductive nutrients increase substantially to support hatching-egg production, fertility and hatchability.
A complete breeder programme can include: Breeder Starter (0–7 weeks) → Developer (8–16 weeks) → Pre-Lay (17–20 weeks) → Breeder (21 weeks onwards). Protein, energy and calcium levels change deliberately across these four stages, with the greatest calcium requirement during active breeding and egg production.
Key focus: Controlled Growth • Reproductive Development • Hatching-Egg Quality • Fertility • Hatchability • Breeder Condition
Feed Form for Every Stage
Supplied according to age and feeding system
| Feed | Form |
|---|---|
| Starter | Crumble / Small Pellet |
| Grower | Pellet / Mash |
| Layer | Pellet / Mash |
| Broiler Starter | Crumble / Mini Pellet |
| Broiler Finisher | Pellet |
Pelleted or crumbled feed can help reduce ingredient separation and improve consistency of nutrient intake, particularly in commercial flocks.
Practical Management
Good Feed Performs Best with Good Flock Management
For better performance, maintain clean drinking water, dry and well-managed litter, adequate feeder and drinker space, proper ventilation and stage-appropriate feed.
Feed changes should be introduced gradually, and body weight, egg production or market growth should be monitored so that feed quantity can be adjusted when flock requirements change.
